Dorothy Muthoni Ragwa is a Groots Kenya Coordinator from Kiambu Juja Subcounty and Kalimoni Ward. She joined Groots Kenya in 2018 and her local self-help group is Juja Rising. She is the Groots Coordinator for Juja Subcounty and a Board of Management (BOM) member for Juja Secondary School, as well as being on the Academic and Discipline Committee. Additionally, she is the Vice Chairperson of the Board of Management for Thiririka Primary School, a member of the Location Committee for targeting Orphans and Vulnerable Children, People with Disabilities, and the elderly, a responder for Gender-Based Violence in the Technical Working Group, a Community Rehabilitation Assistant, a Nyumba Kumi Initiative volunteer, a volunteer through the Children's Office, and a lay volunteer through the Social Development Office. She is an advocate for women and also does mentorship in both secondary and primary schools and is a peacemaker.
